By using PlaylistButler, you agree to these Terms.

PlaylistButler allows users to:

• Transfer playlists between Spotify and YouTube
• Synchronize playlists over time

You agree:

• Not to use the service for spam or abuse
• Not to attempt to manipulate platform metrics
• To comply with YouTube and Spotify terms

PlaylistButler uses YouTube API Services to enable users to create and manage playlists on their YouTube accounts.

By connecting their YouTube account via Google OAuth, users authorize PlaylistButler to perform actions on their behalf, including creating playlists and adding videos to playlists.

Users remain responsible for all actions performed on their YouTube account and must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

Users agree not to use PlaylistButler in any way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

PlaylistButler is not responsible for user-generated content or actions that violate YouTube policies.

PlaylistButler may provide optional features such as daily playlist synchronization. These features are only activated by the user and apply only to playlists explicitly selected by the user.

We are not responsible for:

• Content availability on third-party platforms
• API changes from Spotify or YouTube
• Service interruptions

We may suspend access if users violate these terms.

We may update these terms at any time.
