PlaylistButler is a software application provided by Sound And Vision Corporation.

It allows users to transfer and synchronize playlists between Spotify and YouTube.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your data is handled.

We collect only the minimum data required to provide the service:

• Spotify and YouTube OAuth access tokens
• Playlist identifiers and metadata (title, tracks, artists)
• YouTube video identifiers
• Basic account information (such as email)

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Your data is used strictly to:

• Transfer playlists from Spotify to YouTube
• Synchronize playlists (if enabled by the user)
• Improve service reliability and performance

We do NOT:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising

PlaylistButler uses YouTube API Services.

By using PlaylistButler, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

We only request permissions necessary to manage playlists on your behalf.

PlaylistButler uses YouTube API Services to allow users to create and manage playlists on their YouTube account.

When a user connects their YouTube account via Google OAuth, we access only the data necessary to:

• Create playlists
• Add videos to playlists
• Manage playlist content based on user actions

We do not access, collect, or store YouTube data beyond what is required to provide this functionality.

We do not use YouTube data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purposes.

PlaylistButler's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use access to YouTube data to provide user-requested functionality and do not share this data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service.

Users can revoke access to their YouTube account at any time via their Google Account settings:

Users can also disconnect their YouTube account directly within PlaylistButler.

Upon disconnection, access tokens are revoked and no further data is accessed.

PlaylistButler may offer an optional daily sync feature that updates playlists automatically. This feature is only enabled by the user and applies only to playlists explicitly selected by the user.

We store data only as long as necessary to provide the service.

Users can request deletion of their data at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request correction or deletion
• Restrict processing
